Return Policy
Due to health and sanitary concerns and to protect the integrity of our products, all fragrance oils are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. We strongly recommend purchasing the smallest sized bottle to test compatibility before purchasing a larger quantity. All sales are final.
Order Adjustments/Cancelling Orders
There is a fee of $5 to change or cancel any order after it is placed online. Once an order is being processed, it is unable to be modified. To ensure timely processing, we can not guarantee that we can cancel or modify orders. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately at Lou@TheJournei.com, and we will do the best we can to accommodate your request.
Shipping Policy
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Shipping will be calculated during checkout and will be based on volume size, location, and weight.
We process orders on business days only (Monday-Friday). Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after being processed.
We are not responsible for any errors made on your billing or shipping address. Please double-check to make sure all information is correct. If an order is unable to be delivered and is sent back to us due to an error on the address, the buyer will be responsible for the charges to have the order reshipped.
Lost/Delayed Package
Once a package has left our facility, it is no longer the responsibility of JFC. Please contact the shipping provider for help with any lost or delayed packages.
Damaged Product in Transit
We triple check that our orders are packaged safely and securely to prevent this. If your order arrives damaged or with leakage, please email us a photo/video of your product and packaging to Lou@TheJournei.com. Please include your order number, and we will assist you with returns or refunds regarding your damaged product.
Items Missing/Incorrect Item
Please report any missing or incorrect items to Journei Fragrance within 5 days after receiving your order. We may require proof of error. After 5 days, we may not be able to correct the issue.

Store in a dark, cool area. The shelf life for these products is around two years.
How much can I use of these products?
Disclaimer: The maximum usage rate amounts for our fragrance oils are in compliance with IFRA standards and are provided for safety; they are not meant to serve as suggested usage amounts. It is up to the purchaser to determine the proper usage amount for desired product integrity while staying under the safety maximums. Purchaser will assume liability for injury, damage, loss, or expense for improper use of these products.
Why does it look like there is crystals or is crystalized?
During winter months when temperatures are cold, you may notice your fragrance oils have crystalized upon arrival, especially those with higher levels of vanillin. Crystallization is expected during colder temperatures and completely normal. Once your fragrance oils return back to room temperature, the crystals should disappear, and your fragrance oils will be ready to use. Please note, products are shipping from Northwest Arkansas where it is cold during the winter months – really cold!
